End User License Agreement

Effective date: March 31, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of RoverBase (the “Software”), provided by the software publisher (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with your purchased license.The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
• Circumvent license or usage limits

3. Your Data

The Software operates locally or within your own infrastructure.We do not collect, access, or process any data from your databases, including contents, schemas, queries, or credentials.

4. Licensing & Payments

• License validation may process minimal license-related data solely to verify a valid license.
• Payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.
• We never receive or store your payment card details.

5. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” and without any warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your specific requirements. You are responsible for securing your own data and infrastructure.

6. Liability

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither we nor our suppliers will be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Lost data
• Business interruptions
• Missed opportunities

This applies to any problems caused by using (or not being able to use) the Software, even if we were told such issues could happen.

7. Termination

This license terminates if you breach this Agreement.Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.
